我公司设计的双级静电净化器改变以往单静电的模式，采用双级静电结构，废气经过一级静电过滤大量的油烟后，再经过二级静电处理，可以更好的捕集废气中的细微粉尘和油沫。细微粉尘和较干燥的油沫因比阻高，不易捕集，在经过一级静电后，停留几秒钟的荷电时间，进入二电场后，能很好的被捕集下来，使烟囱排放达到一个很好的效果。

Fine dust and dy oil spay have high specific esistance, not easy to be captued. But afte the fist electostatic chaged time stay fo a few seconds, ente the second electic field, can be set down vey good, achieve to make the chimney emissions a good effect.
一、 静电工作过程原理说明
The pinciple of the electostatic woking pocess
（1） 、冷却系统
Cooling System
由主风管收集定型机高温废气经由集风箱产生压力，通过冷凝器前过滤网捕集高温废气中的粉尘、布料尘、布绒等颗粒物，高温废气进入冷凝器（同时配备相应流量大小冷却塔）冷却降温后变为半液态油水颗粒物进入双级静电系统。

（2） 、双级静电系统

降温后的废气，进入静电废气净化器中，废气由下向上的从阳极管束内均匀流过时，废气中的水气和油气分别冷凝成水雾和油雾；同时在电场作用下，亚微米级的油雾与水雾颗粒在电场内荷电，荷电后油雾与水雾液滴在电场力作用下，向管壁做定向迁移并捕集到管壁上，受重力作用经管壁向下流入设备的底部，经油水分流器将废油分离后回用，在此同时因高压电场的作用，各有机物分子将被电离形成带电离子，有机化合物的化合键将被击破或碳化，至此废气的难闻有刺激性的气味也将消除。经净化和除味后的净气，由设备顶部在排气管经风机进入烟囱排入大气，从而真正实现的达标排放。

At the same time, because of high voltage electic field, the oganic molecules will be ionized to chaged ions, the chemical bond of oganic compounds will be beak o cabonized, unpleasant and excitative smell of exhaust has been eliminated. The waste gas afte puification, unde exhaust fan, though the chimney dischaged into the atmosphee, so as to tuly achieve the national standads.
（3） 、油水分离系统
Oil and wate sepaation system
将净化下来的油水通过特制的油水分离机进行油水分离，以免产生二次污染，并同时有效的回收废油，达到环保要求及提高经济效益，降低运行成本。

（4） 、排放系统统

主风机根据进烟和排放的大小由变频器来决定排放量并经由烟囱排放，真正做到节能减排的效果。

（5） 、安全防护系统
Safety potection system
在静电废气净化器上、及其前部管道上，分别设有相应的自动和手动阀门及能提供电信号的可设温度上限的温度仪表，当管道内发生着火问题时，废气温度会升高至设定上限，系统会自动关闭静电废气净化器前气动蝶阀，打开废气直排烟道阀门泄压，并同时开启蒸汽管道阀门可分别向废气静电净化器内或烟气管道内喷入蒸汽，实现自动报警和快速灭火的功能**限度的避免火灾的发生。

（6） 、智能控制系统
Intelligent contol system
系统可设定本地、远端两种操作模式，具有柜体面板按钮和远端触摸屏两个操作端，两种操作模式互为锁定，可充分防止操作指令冲突引起的运行混乱现象，可保证操作安全，可靠。远端操作模式下具有手动/自动模式可选。自动模式下，设备可自行判断用户定型机的开启情况，根据定型机的实际开启数量，智能选择净化设备**运行模式，自动调节高压电源、风门、消防阀、风机、水泵等运行状态，全程无需人员操作。
